At GOTRAX, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack Your Ride

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
